AIC has a great slate of speakers for the semester including:
1) Garrett Bauer- Convicted of insider trading-- his presentation will discuss the following items:
-Definition of Insider Trading
-What he did, how he got caught, what his life is like now, sentencing he faces (9-11 yrs in prison)
-What maximum security prison is like (He was there for 5 days)
-The FBI raid of his apartment
-How he felt in the courtroom when he realized one of his best friends turned him in.
-How wrong he was to do what he did and why it's not worth it.
2) Al Reese, CFO of ATP Oil
3) Aggie Angel Network (AAN)
4) FX Currency Markets- Presentation on the foreign exchange, currency, and other markets.
AIC Travel Series
March 2nd- AIC Travel Series to Houston to visit a variety of investment banks and energy trading firms.
